An interesting new ClariVein® relevant article recently published by the Josef Pflug Vascular Laboratory on their web information site: a site orientated towards stimulating research into venous disorders. The article by Mr Nicholas R F Lagattolla, a Vascular Surgeon Specialist, describes MOCA the abbreviation for mechano-chemical ablation, the medical descriptive term for ClariVein® type procedures. The article describes the key benefits of the MOCA procedure (as employed by ClariVein®) as no requirement for multiple injections, reduced pain, quick venous closure, no risk of nerve damage and a low requirement for future or repeat procedures.
Everyone at Delta headquarters got in the kitchen this weekend rustling up lots of delicious bakes ready for our Macmillan Coffee Morning held on Monday 28th September. We are all undoubtedly fans of cake but paired with giving to such an important cause it took little persuasion for the Team to get involved following on from last year’s success!
Jon, Andy and Amar kindly gave up their well-deserved Sunday morning lie in and completed the 60mile London to Brighton bike ride, all in the name of Charity!
