eCLIPs® BETTER CARE, BETTER OUTCOMES

The system is comprised of an eCLIPs™ Implant, an eCLIPs™ Delivery Wire and an eCLIPs™ Sheath.

The Implant is a permanent implant that provides an initial framework or scaffold at the opening of an aneurysm. There are two versions of the implant that come in a variety of sizes: the eCLIPs™ eB which supports embolic coils and provides an ancillary flow diverting effect, and the eCLIPs™ eBFD which has a higher metal coverage density that can achieve aneurysm occlusion through flow diversion alone but remains crossable for coiling at any time point if required.

The Implant self-aligns to the outer curve of the catheter to cover the aneurysm neck. The steerable, shapeable Delivery Wire is designed to deliver and detach the Implant at the target location.

NEW - Short Landing Zone (SLZ) eB

Designed specifically for MCA and AComm hashtag#bifurcation aneurysms, the SLZ eB allows precise deployment in challenging anatomies.

MCA aneurysms account for ≥20% of all intracranial aneurysms. With the SLZ eB, hashtag#eCLIPs can readily manage these lesions while maintaining the same long-term safety and efficacy reported for standard eB devices

(Dmytriw et al: Neurosurgery 97:963–970, 2025).

eCLIPs® EFFICACY

Wide necked bifurcation aneurysms (WNBA) are among the most difficult aneurysms to treat. Very low dome-to-neck (DTN) and aspect ratios provide an even greater challenge in the management of WNBAs. Click on the Resource Centre link below to discover the safety and efficacy profile for this endovascular clip system (eCLIPs) device in the treatment of this subset of WNBAs with very unfavourable morphologies.
